The property is good, well spacious apartments but the only thing i didn't like is the attitude of one of their staff called Mr. Faisal; who was extremely arrogant. I am not really sure if he was a promoter or from some third party. I was interested to invest in this project but i backed off due to the way he talked to me. He's extremely arrogant and too unprofessional. Whoever is the owner of this property should teach him some manners.

This is one of the finest projects in JVT, in terms of apartment sizes, finishing of the project, amenities and value for money for renting or buying. Moreover, we have invested in this as end users for these reasons but more importantly our special thanks go out to Faisal Khokar who has been most patient with us and a major influence in our decision. We felt truly at ease in dealing with him through our visits and purchase decision and he is extremely understanding to your needs as a buyer, absolutely honest and trustworthy! An asset to the JLL team.

Zazen One is a beautifully designed building in JVT with fantastic amenities such as a running track, BBQ area, swimming pool and children’s play area. A must see if you’re looking for a high quality building or apartment with equally as luxurious fixtures and fittings. Easy access to Al Khail Road but still within the JVT community. A must see!

ZaZEN One ia one of the best looking residential building in JVT. Plenty of Ameninties. Huge double heighted Entrance lobby with custom made Chandelier light, Morden interiora. Plus Outdoor seating area covered with solar panel on roof. Perfact apartments sizes to live in. Eco-friendly building. I can say everything is just perfact!!

This building is having a very unique design with sufficient open community areas, swimming pool, jogging track and other recreation facilities, easy access from and to towards Al Khail road and located near to Nakheel Mall. All the rooms in the apartments are having natural ventilation.
