It’s a beautiful building and nice finishing but renters and buyers be very aware about the *water situation*. There is one water heater in the whole building at the top level so don’t be fooled into getting an apartment on a lower level. We are level 2 and we have to leave the shower running for 10 minutes to get warm. Want to wash your dishes in the sink… it will take around 20 minutes of running water and it won’t be hot so you have to boil a kettle. Construction is all around but you do kind of get used to it. Power points are limited in kitchen and living room. Bathrooms don’t have a plug for toothbrushes / shavers etc. Could be better.

Cons: -Hot water problem - if you are in a lower floor, you will need to keep the water running for at least 10 to 15 minutes to get warm water not even hot. The heater is on the roof so lower floors are in agony. -Construction running from 2 sides almost all the time including weekends .. You can hear them running heavy equipment on 2 am or 3 am. Not to mention dust! -No ramp , drop off or taxi waiting area. -No electricity outlets in the bathrooms. Pros: -Great reception and facility team -Unit size is good -Maintenance team is polite

We have been here for one week now. Confirm the water problems still exist. By the time the water is warm enough to shower, you could have already been showered and dried off. Also don't expect a really hot shower. It never gets all that hot. Massive waste of water. Can't see this problem ever being solved. Also don't move here is like like lots of kitchen gadgets. There is only one double power socket in the kitchen. Really bad planning from the builders. Finally. If you like your peace and quiet don't move here for at least the next 12 months. Construction of the new Ellington properties opposite goes on 6 days a week from very early in the morning to late at night. Edit: water issues appear to have been solved. Now almost instantaneous and hot. Thanks

I love the finish of the building, the interior design is very smart with the compartment behind the cabinets etc. Makes it easier for us to store things m. The gym is amazing, fully equipped with Technogym and they are brand new. I struggle with the hot water as well as it takes forever to get warm. I wonder if this is going to affect my water bill

The building and finishes are great, but to wake up to a cold shower every morning?! The water issue at this property needs to be resolved. The answer I got from maintenance was to shower at night?!?! The rent is on par with Emaar, but this is a huge let down. Please let the tenants know what you will do about this?
