Lived here for 1 year as the first tenant. • Leakage from the roof (still not fixed) • Constant 70–80% humidity due to poor insulation which is a major mold and health risk. • One toilet permanently clogged since day one – management says it’s a “bigger issue” and refuses to resolve it • Walls are cracked and uneven throughout the unit • Bathroom tiles and grouting done poorly, looks cheap and already deteriorating There are plenty more issues, but honestly I can’t even be bothered to list them all. Take this as you will, just sharing my experience.

If you want to suffer each week-buy flat in this house. It’s full of surprises. Each day unpredictable. They can do maintenance of swimming pool everyday and nobody will inform you. But when it comes to come smb just to put to on your wall-it’s strictly forbidden. You should make a permit and they will think few days does it possible in your own flat. We are extremely disappointed

Just moved in this nice building. Really impressed with quality, service, people and staff. You wouldn’t feel like you’re in Dubai. It’s a low rise overlooking a big park. Lots of people walking their dogs. And two cool food trucks opposite to the building. I love the location so much

Do NOT live here – Wilton Park Residences is a health hazard disguised as a luxury building. I’ve lived in many places across Dubai, and this has easily been the worst experience I’ve had. This building should not be allowed to continue operating in its current state. It has serious air circulation and structural issues that make it completely unlivable, especially in a climate like Dubai where proper ventilation and insulation are not optional — they’re essential to basic human comfort and health. Let me give you an example. My windows are shut, I have no fresh air coming in, and somehow the humidity inside my apartment is constantly around 84%, while air quality is at a dangerously low 32%. Where is all this moisture and dirt coming from? Nobody can explain it — not the building management, not the maintenance team, no one. Instead, when I raise the issue, I get dismissed with “this isn’t our responsibility.” Excuse me? How is air quality, humidity, and water leakage not your responsibility as a building operator? This morning, I woke up to a literal splash of water pouring from the ceiling in my bathroom — not from rain, but from internal condensation due to the excessive humidity in the building. This is not a one-off incident. This is a result of long-term neglect, poor insulation, and a total lack of accountability from the people managing this place. Let’s be very clear: this isn’t just “annoying” — this is a health risk. Constant exposure to this level of indoor humidity and air pollution can lead to respiratory issues, mold growth, and long-term damage to your personal belongings. I can feel it in my own body. I wake up dry-mouthed, congested, and uncomfortable every single day. The air feels thick, stale, and polluted — it’s genuinely unpleasant and at times even suffocating. The maintenance team is completely useless. Every time I raise a concern, they either blame external factors, pretend it’s not happening, or just ignore me. No solutions are ever offered. You’re left alone to deal with leaks, humidity, toxic air, and long-term infrastructure failures. The building might look good on the outside — the layout might seem modern and clean — but what good is that if it’s not safe or healthy to live in? I’ve lived here before, and somehow made the mistake of coming back. I should’ve known better. If anything, the problems have gotten worse. This building needs a full investigation. Whoever built it clearly cut corners, and whoever manages it now clearly doesn’t care. Living here is not worth it. It’s stressful, it’s unhealthy, and it’s outrageously overpriced for what you get. Do yourself a favor and avoid Wilton Park Residences. You’ll thank yourself later.
