Water heater does not work(being fixed). Water was falling through the ceiling light while showering(fixed). Toilet roll holder was installed incorrectly(fixed). Marks on tiles all over the house and also the building flooring. Impractical design on guest toilet sink and faucet rendering it useless except for only washing hands. Noisy AC in 2025. Scratches on door handle and stove etc meaning lots of minor snags which shouldn’t be the case for a truly elite boutique developer(if you’d like to be). Imtiaz is currently at 8/10 in my books until they step up their level and go the full mile to achieve a 10/10 status. I hope this comment helps them! 👍🏻

I can only rate my stay positively! Everywhere was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would especially like to highlight the work of the lifeguard. A very helpful and friendly person.

Constant issues. Drainage is awful, A/C always broken, gas cuts off for half hour have to wait for it to come back on. No signal in communal areas.
