Amazing building with great facilities . It's very close to DIFC and DWTC. includes a kids' play area, a landscaped podium, a lush lawn podium, a state-of-the-art health club, ample parking, children play areas, food and beverage facilities, Choithrams supermarket and playful water features. 6 mins walk to the metro, Al Jafilia station.

The absolute worst. Buyers beware. I am an owner of multiple apartments in this property. Shoddy and poor build quality is an understatement. Where do I start: 1. The adult wash basins placed at a height comfortable only for children? 2. The flies that fly out of every drain trap irrespective of how many different pest control service providers you try? 3. The chilled water consumption charges that we were not informed of but retrospectively charged for? 4. The notoriously slow and opaque internal process only matched by the inaccessiblity of their OAM customer care? 5. The bathroom fittings that begin leaking after a few months of leaking - including a shattaf that had to be replaced three times within a space of 4 months? I and several others have dealt with all of these issues patiently expecting better treatment when the next issue crops up. I now have water leaking from the ceiling in my washroom after staying in an apartment for only 6 months. 6 months mind you. From the ceiling and not from any accessory or device that I have touched or used directly. And the only response I get is an automated message informing me that the DLP is over? This despite the same issue being faced by multiple owners in the same tower? There was a certain degree of trust and reliability that all of us expected when we decided to invest in an apartment here. And this is the customer experience we deserve? Upto you whether you want to believe the "reviews" provided below. If anyone is seriously looking to buy an apartment here, please do get in touch with me and I'd be more than happy to give you a tour.

Nice new flats and since it is from WASL, quality and reliability are a given. Good view on one side overlooking Jabeel Park while not much on the other side. Since the property is right next to the Park, there shall be no future developments on that side which is a good thing. It is about 200 mts from the Metro which is a huge plus. Decent Gym and a small swimming pool. Great Lobby with high roof design. Over all a good residential place if the pricing is going to be good.
