Building is amazing , however there is no professional security guard , no gym and very rude property management officer .Not recommend at all .

1bhk is very nice and spacious. However, the building management service is very poor, they will not respond to the calls or messages on time. I have also not received the deposit amount back, whole amount was deducted by making unnecessary charges. Recommend to do combined inspection with property management before vacate the apartment. Extremely disappointed and NOT recommended at all.

Inside the apartments are very nice, there is a decent swimming pool. There is a problem with the fire alarm keeps ringing and the neighborhood is below the average. The building management/Agents are not good, they will say anything to make the deal. I was promised that the gym will get open in one month only, but never did till this day. I have also agreed with them as well to get 12months +2 free on my contract but never really got the extra months.

Building is nice, I love my apt, but area next to swimming pool and parking always dirty, still not open gym, frequent fire alarm, and ac on kitchen doesn't work
