I was invited here for an event, the building is beautiful and there was valet parking. The event took place on the podium level with stunning views over the business bay canal and a sunken lounge area with a fireplace.

This iconic building is located in business bay, neighboring the ST REGIS and so many other skyscrapers and also the world's tallest building " BURJ KHALIFA" you can easily reach here from Shaikh zayed road or al khail road and here is MARASI MARINE TRANSPORT STATION whre you can use Dubai ferry, watertaxi,

The amazing Concierge service and pool location Love d Norwegian salmon fish and and view from d pool It's little funny with multiple lifts and separate lift that needs to be changed at a different floor for the penthouse It needs to More lively, green and a better parking that looks bigger and more beautiful

The security always scan who is trying to enter the building. There is no ‘train station’ vibe in the tower.

If you are reaching by taxi they don't allow you to drop of on the entrance and security guard talk so rude
