Residence Housekeeping is very good my stay is very well always take care my apparment Habib.Hassan. and asif is very good and humble porsone all staff is very good behavior thx u so much all staff restaurants food is very good

Living in one of the residence buildings. Would like to share my experience, only mentioning the facts. Windows on road side due to the sun make loud cracking noise wake up every morning, during construction they forgot to connect the AC for both bedrooms, many walls were just left open in construction (for example below the toilet) needed 8 tubes silicone to close them all, balcony doors whistle extreme because of the gab (not aligned), dishwasher space is build to small (no size will fit without removing the whole kitchen door and skirting), building window cleaning very delayed although full service charge is paid, in the community they use the super high and hard road bumps which are damaging the cars instead of using the normal ones on the market which are in many other buildings which have the same safety effect but without damaging cars, parking spaces are randomly allocated you might end up with a parking in A1 although you live in C2 enjoy the morning walk to your car…, for issues, you only get standard automated replies, only repeating apologizing but not helping - poor customer service. What’s good: Location is great, no traffic, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant downstairs, green areas, dog friendly.

It’s wonderful evening in VIDA hills RESIDENT Bar. We enjoy lot. Location also very beautiful & clean hotel bar attendant was friendly, housekeeping team are great full specially housekeeping team supervisor Lakmal are friendly. So again thank you Vida Resident all the staff we will recommend our colleagues to come and enjoy in this place 👍👍👍
