The location is truly is the best & away from any traffic . The staff super nice & cooperative ( big thanks to Jasmin for her hospitality , I met her during the Breakfast Time ). The Housekeeper of my room was understanding whenever I want the room to be cleaned . Will be back surely during my stays in Dubai.

Just finished my last night the place was amazing. Can always count on Vida for food service and the amazing French toast lol. Special thanks to Irene she was very hospitable and really made sure I was taken care of

We moved there into a furnished apartment as a family of 4 for 5 months while renovating our house here in Dubai , it was an amazing experience of comfort , cleanliness and safety The outlet resturants , pharmacy and small giant market just downstairs were so convenient The view over looking the Golf course were amazing The staff of security and concierge were so kind and helpful and 24 hours available Sinjey one of the security staff helped us in so many ways

Poor quality and an infinite amount of issues, the new one is that parking slot is not available for 2 bedroom flats, security will complain to you without offering any solution, Emaar Community Management does nothing, they are only after your money and they will even issue fine, stay away if you can, once again confirmation that Emaar is a poor community manager, they should leave that to someone more capable. Quality itself is bad, flat got flooded both internally from building pipe leakages and externally from simple rain coming in. They often switch AC, electricity and water off, elevators are almost never fully functioning, huge queues, the gym has many machines out of use since months, unfortunately it is really poor standard of living
