I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Vida Dubai Marina and Yacht Club Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional - the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was stunning, spotless, and offered breathtaking views of the marina. The food was incredible — every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. We had an excellent stay at Vida Hotel and truly enjoyed the whole experience. Everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Special thanks to Monica and Sunshine for assisting us with a very smooth check-in and check-out process—they were friendly, professional, and made us feel so welcome. We also appreciate the staff who helped us book a taxi, which made our stay even more convenient. The facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the pool. Overall, the hospitality was wonderful, and we are definitely coming back. Thank you for making our visit memorable!

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Check-in was seamless. The on-site restaurant deserves special mention. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes, all beautifully presented and delicious. Thanks to Yoon for the kind service and making everything so smooth.

The hotel is located in Dubai Marina — beautiful, elegant, and quiet. The décor is calm and practical. The lobby is small, and the reception staff are polite and helpful. There’s a coffee shop in the lobby overlooking the Marina. The rooms are lovely, small, and neatly arranged, though they don’t have many details. Breakfast is simple and includes the basic items, with some additional dishes available upon request. The only drawback is that the price is quite high compared to the level of service provided.

This hotel is immaculate. It’s in a great location right on the marina. I visited the gym in the mornings which had everything that I needed and a perfect view. The cool towels were a nice touch. We stayed bed and breakfast and there was plenty of choice and the flat white every morning was delicious. Victoria made us feel very welcome and was very attentive. The rooms were cleaned every day and we asked for more water, tea’s, coffee, milk etc and it was never any trouble. We had room service twice on our stay and it was served promptly and the food was nice and hot on arrival to the room. The pool area was clean and very well maintained and the bar staff were very friendly. The only negative points were that there was a dog barking all night on 1 of our evenings (dog friendly hotel) and on another night there was a very loud guest who decided that it would be a good idea to have an argument on his phone in the corridor in the very early hours. These points have nothing to do with the hotel itself though. I would definitely stay again!
