Very positively surprised! Apartment in the immediate vicinity of the center (near Burj Khalifa), easily accessible by taxi. Spacious rooms, newly furnished or very nicely cared for. Comfortable beds, large sofa, large shower and generally spacious both bathrooms. The view from the balcony is wonderful, there is also a small shop in the same building. Very satisfied!

Luxurious living at its best with big swimming pools, kids pool, fountains, kids play area, BBQ area, gym, Sauna, 24 hours concierge and many other facilities. My apartment is directly facing the Dubai Canal, which is simply beautiful. This area is getting lively with lots of Coffee shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Just across the street people can take a fabulous boat ride within the Dubai canal. Most importantly, world's most popular landmarks like Burj Al Arab (I.e. tallest building in the world), Dubai Mall, Dubai water dance are all within walking distance. I just love it.

I hate this building as a delivery person. Security act like a owner of this building. He showing me service lift but he didn’t inform me how to use Because there is a lock. And again i came reception. Oh my Allah.... I hate this

zero “The worst developer, the worst management, the worst service – a complete disaster. The staff are rude, impolite, and disrespectful, and there is a terrible sewage smell. Worst of all, they forcefully charge 600 AED per month for the AC. I have never seen such high charges for air conditioning anywhere. Care about yourself and your family – do not buy or rent an apartment here. Do not buy or rent from DAMAC at all.”
