Quiet, clean, beautiful. 10 km of walkways around. Playgrounds, pool, Geant express 5 minutes away. Emaar Maintenance doing well. Some area is under development nearby, but its ok and not bother too much.

Bad customer service, rude call center agent by Emaar, very poor building quality . Maintenance don't show up on scheduled appointment and never get the job done. Garbage everywhere and plants with very sharp edges which harming kids and pets. Plus it's not under warranty, so anything you want to fix it will be from your own pocket. Emaar doesn't really care or respond to all these concerns as they choose the cheapest plants and materials to cut costs and save money. The area is full of mosquitos, cockroaches, ants, and insects. Community is NOT fully secured, anyone can't enter from any sides without passing through the main gate Parking is not fully covered and doesn't protect your car in the summer and the moist will always be on your car, so it will always be dirty. No delivery, no pharmacy and no stores. Only one supermarket. Sewage smell, bad quality A/C.

Very safe, beautiful community. Pool and gym are great and the local community shops (supermarket, café, restaurant, barber, spa and clinic) are walkable without crossing any roads.

Nice community, be careful about the water pump. I’ve to change 5 pumps in 3 years.
