Building without any amenities no pool and no gym but looks nice and was suitable for economical invest as the developer was giving 5 years post handover payment plan

“Terrible experience living here. The building lacks basic amenities like a pool or gym, which is disappointing considering the rent prices. On top of that, the management is incredibly unprofessional and money-hungry. When I moved out, they unfairly charged me extra fees for things that were either already damaged or normal wear and tear. To make matters worse, they refused to return my deposit check without providing a clear explanation. If you value transparency and fair treatment, avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options in the area for the same price or less, with better amenities and management.”

Building is very calm and clean and neat Very polite security No smell , not crowded , Just there is no amenities that it is fine for me Close to circle mall for gym and pool and all I am living here for more than one year. I really like this building

Extremely irresponsible people. Every single person in this building and office doesn't care about anything. There's mold everywhere, water is leaking all the time. You have to call them many times and remind them that they need to come and fix the issue. Dealing with people from the office regarding payments, deposits, cheques is such a nightmare. Even after moving for 3 months already, I still have issues with them because they don't want to give the cheque back. Friendly advice, go as far as possible from this company...

Praise be to God, God has helped me in investing In a distinctive building in terms of payment method and location First, the payment method is with a simple down payment and installments over 5 years With immediate receipt of the unit to benefit from it, and this is what distinguishes it Secondly, the area of the units, especially the studio, is larger than other newer buildings Thirdly, the building's location is very close to JVC Exist and also a few minutes walk to the Circle Mall The only negative thing is the lack of Facilities, but for me I prefer to go to specialized centers, so I was not bothered by it much.
