Its a very nice accommodation, new room designs and good quality, very good for new couples and families. Smells always good in the hall and clean. Very organized for parking and maintenance.

Undoubtedly the best place for families. Big sizes and different types of layouts has attraction for different families and couples to stay peacefully. Building is well managed , with in-house facility management team who takes care of customers round the clock. The best things about them is they care their customers. Presence of professional cleaners and security guards. Highly recommended. !!!

at 1st all is okay that even we renew our contract but then you realized they are not good in keeping the peace of the building. We tried to reach out the security, customer service and email all the responsible people but we don't even get a reply and of course NO ACTION has been done. We are dealing with unrespectfull neighbors fighting every day and destroying the peace. they don't care at all with the tenants but once it comes to renewal and payments they are very fast with papers and getting the money But when pressing matters should be dealt with they are disappearing. Which should not be the case Been here in Dubai for almost 10 years and it's our 1st time to experience this. Such a shame

Very good service, apartments brand new. Helpful people, only one thing it is the buildings beside it make a lot of noise but it will be finish after 3 months.
