This is one of the most unique residential buildings you will be able to find in the United Arab Emirates, once you walk in you will want to live there. This is a place for fast-paced new generations, creative minds looking for a collaborative environment of living, it has the potential of creating several mini eco-system and community. The shared work/play area adds to the experience of having a relaxing ambiance, imagine having a common shared pool, library, music room, mini theatre a cafe, and a lounge, where you can quickly walk out from a business meeting into the game area or a music room. There is free WiFi in the public area.

I haven’t seen a residential tower with such amenities in entire City. You name it & the have it, Private Cinema, Pool table, Table tannins, Music composition Room, A huge piano, Meeting rooms, Video games lobby, Coffee Cafe, Sitting area , Free WIFI & A lot more...

the house is good and comfortable, but in general there are a lot of complaints about the management and security of the house ... there are a lot of security guards and video cameras in the house, a car hit me in the yard at night and fled the scene of the accident, and for several days I asked the guards, the security supervisor and the management of the house to show the video from the surveillance camera, but no one helped me, there is no use for their video cameras and security guards, they don’t give access to the video, they say that this is a private video. in the parking lot, except for the car, you can’t store anything, they promised a fine for the deposit. there are also many restrictions in the yard, kids are not allowed on roller skates here, you can’t enter the basketball court except for playing basketball, children can’t play on the court with a coach, security kicks out coaches, on the paddle tennis court, the racket should be only for paddle tennis, with ordinary no rockets... the parking card and the card for entering the complex constantly stop working, you have to go to the reception and ask for the activation of the card ... the water in the pool was drained for the winter, there is no water ... during heavy rains, the entire area in front of the house is flooded with water and the nearest roads, cars stand in the water in depth of 40-60cm, I do not recommend this complex for living for a long time ...
