I just love this place, it's connected to my earliest years of living in Dubai. The apartment owner is my own brother, and we all used to live together as one big happy family. Everything was perfect until they decided to change the building security. Since that very moment, living here has become downright unbearable! Whenever we have guests coming over for tea, the security guards refuse to let them in, making them wait for 40 minutes just for a response. As if sending an email to notify them about our visitors isn't ridiculous enough already! And let's not even talk about the guests we invite to stay overnight. It's completely impossible! Despite providing all the necessary documents, passports, and information about the dates we'll be hosting them, the security still won't let them in and makes them wait for hours on end. This is just outrageous! Please, hire people who actually know how to do their job, who can speak English, and are capable of finding an email to let our guests in. Otherwise, this is simply impossible! If nothing changes, we'll be gathering signatures from all the residents who are fed up with the security's incompetence for a petition! Take action, thank you!!!

Building has a cockroach problem. I had rented the apartment in July but moved in in October for the first time. There were cockroaches in the apartment. Called cleaners, pest control, had the cracks sealed. But cockroaches still kept coming from the hall. Reception staff is nice, promised to find the nest, but did not resolve the issue for weeks. Then I got angry and complained to the management - they got the common areas sprayed, but again did not destroy the nest, so cockroaches came back on the same night the pest control left. I had no further update on the resolution until this day.

Great location, fantastic neighborhood. But the security here is absolutely appalling and unprofessional. They don't let guests in even though all necessary measures were taken, an email was sent, and photographs of documents were provided. They can't find the email in their inbox. It's a disgrace, truly infuriating. They make people wait for an hour and then take their sweet time going to the manager with their questions. They show no respect for the visitors' time at all.

The building is very nice and comfortable, the only thing that spoils it is the security guards. With them it is impossible to communicate, no respect, they work very slowly and can go on the phone for 10-15 minutes and make you wait without giving any explanation. It is very difficult to communicate with them I am very unhappy

1) If you want to visit sauna you need come and turn on the sauna and waiting near this area. If you decide to wait at apartment, Employees of the house come and turn off sauna 🥴. I tried to warn them, but it's useless. 2) sometimes your card may not work, 3 times in 3 months (if it happens at night, it's a whole quest) 3) Reception staff (not all) they are very strange rude arrogant people
