The building’s security guard, who is from Egypt, was an absolute disgrace. He spent the entire interaction yelling, screaming, and insulting us, not a single word was spoken in a normal or respectful way. His behavior was aggressive, hostile, and completely unacceptable. This was without doubt the worst interaction I have ever had with any security guard in my life. On top of that, there are already plenty of reviews from others complaining about him, which shows this is a recurring issue. He is utterly unfit for this job and should be removed immediately.

The Egyptian security is very rude, always on his phone, disrespectful to visitors and not fit for this job. Management should remove or retrain him immediately. Thank you

Hi , dear damac waves security management why your keep there edit guy at security gate Egyptian guy he don't have any since when I want visitors park my car but he don't allow after that he damand money for tea

I've been here for three+ years, and in fairness, the building holds up quite well, especially compared to others nearby. Great views, plus you’ve got a tennis court, two barbecue spots, a kiddie pool, and even a public jacuzzi, and, there's one in one of the apartments too! Not too many shared apartments while I was around. The sauna, though? Never quite worked right, but the gym’s decent enough. Damac has a massive team running this place. Honestly, it feels like a lot of UAE companies are tiny compared to the crew here. The security can be overly intense at times, making it a bit of a hassle to sell or buy furniture or get a techie in for repairs. Management tends to change fairly often. Sometimes that’s for the better, other times not so much. Overall, I’d recommend staying in this building. The issues about deposits and the like that you might hear about aren’t specific to this place. You could run into that kind of hassle anywhere, to be honest. But compared to a lot of other buildings in the area, this one’s definitely better. The infrastructure is nearby, and the party scene is far enough away to keep things peaceful.
