As a new tenant in square tower , I can recommend this building to family stay. The amenities including gym, swimming pool are upgraded. Management of this tower is helpful and kind. I should not forget the security professionalism, always vigilant keeping the area safe.

Square tower building is very modern and has great facilities with gym and poll. I was really impressed with security guys they are very friendly, approachable and efficient. They are knowledgeable with the building and helped me with all my queries. Look forward to seeing you again.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way the building management handled pest control today. They sprayed strong insecticides directly in front of residential apartment doors without any prior notice or consent, exposing residents to harsh chemicals. I personally suffered a serious allergic reaction, with tightness in my chest and difficulty breathing shortly after the spraying. This is completely unacceptable, especially given that such treatments should be done by licensed companies and with proper health & safety notifications to residents. This kind of negligence puts the health of tenants at risk. I urge the management to take accountability and follow proper procedures in the future including notifying tenants in advance and using safe, approved pest control practices. I will be reporting this to Dubai Municipality, as such practices violate basic safety standards and tenant rights.

If there was a zero star, I would have given it. They don't deserve anything. The people in charge of the building don’t care at all. Yesterday, I was involved in a car accident in front of the parking entrance, and all of this was due to the negligence of the and the manager. I always tell them that the car dealers do not allow me to park at the parking entrance. They put up a sign that says “No one cares.” Now, who will bear my losses? A bunch of lazy people I always see gathered under the building, washing the parking lot daily as if they have nothing else to do I advise anyone who wants to live here to flee before it's too late. There are many problems and this is one of them. For anyone coming on vacation and wanting to stay here, a piece of advice: If you are a respectable family, you will not like what is happening here. There are people walking around semi-naked in bikinis in the elevator, and in the reception, it is disgusting. There are shared rooms, and I will report the police to the police. Everyone knows what is happening here in this apartment. We pay a lot to live in a quiet place with laws. I don’t feel safe. It’s a huge mess. Where is the manager in all this? Even some days, drunk people try to open my door in themidl of night . Where is the security? Where is the manager why the are not checking the ppl live here and not allowed the sharing rooms ?? Zero security
