An amazing hotel with extremely high lucky level and service. The rooms are well furnished and house keeping maintain a high level of service. Several pool options to choose from to ensure the stay was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The gym is on the best equipped gyms in a hotel I have been in and it is expanding to include a hyrox area. Visited the spa and had the most wonderful deep.tissue massage by Betty. From the minute you walk in the hotel to the service through out the day it has been a 5 star experience every where. Must mention the breaking both the gastroname and the club area is excellent.

My wife and I stayed at the RA for four nights and had an amazing time. Initially, we were slightly scared because of some mixed reviews. However, we can only say positive things about our stay. The hotels itself is beautiful, modern, and clean. All of the staff were eager to help, friendly and made you feel like Royals. Big shout out to Ahmed Monir, Samir Parel and Sagar at the Royal Club. The club upgrade at booking was definitely worth it. The breakfast was spectacular, they had everything you could ever imagine, a royal feast. We also enjoyed Cloud 22, with beautiful views of the palm, and the Nobu beach club pool as well as Ling Ling. The room was comfortable, very quiet and greatlayout. Overall, we would definitely go back to RA if we return to Dubai, as thank you to all of the staff for a memorable first trip in Dubai.

From the moment we walked in, Ahmed went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. His warm smile, attentive demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for an incredible experience. Ahmed's attention to detail was impressive, and he tailored our experience to perfection. His knowledge of the club and its offerings was encyclopedic. What truly set Ahmed apart, however, was his genuine care and dedication to ensuring our stay was nothing short of exceptional. He checked in on us regularly, anticipated our needs, and made sure we had everything we needed. He's a credit to the hospitality industry, and we're so grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting him. Highly, highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Birthday Stay at Hotel Royal Atlantis Dubai! We stayed at the Royal Atlantis Dubai for my birthday, and I can honestly say that everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel itself is stunning, the service is exceptional, and the food is simply delicious — I only have positive words to share. The biggest surprise came when we returned from the beach to find that the hotel staff had prepared a beautiful birthday surprise in our room — a gorgeous cake just for me, and adorable plush toys for my children to take home. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our stay truly unforgettable. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team — they paid attention to every single detail, and our room was always spotless. I truly felt like royalty throughout our entire stay. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Royal Atlantis for making my birthday so special. We can’t wait to come back! 💖

Came here for our honeymoon and really no fuss was made at all. Was woken on the first night at 1am by my neighbours and had to ring down to reception to ask them to send someone up to deal with it. Followed this up the next day and verbal apology was all that was given. Everything requires a booking and instead of making it easy e.g being able to book from your t.v or mobile you must contact each individual place or go down to concierge. The gyn timetable for classes is nowhere to be found so you need to go to the gym and take a picture of the class timetable - easy fix - put it on the t.v! Everything and I mean everything is a money grabbing exercise, cloud22 is a rip off and no priority is given to hotel guests, Nobu by the Beach is crazy expensive and you need to rent a bed. There is nothing that feels like it is included or special for hotel guests. Day trippers and outside guests get a lot more service imo. The rooms are beautiful and have lovely amenities. The buffet breakfast is fantastic. I loved room service and the little gifts left by house keeping. I think there are many improvements which could be made to make hotel guests feel privileged, important and taken care of.
