We were 3 persons and stayed for 10 nights and had two suites. It was probably the best hotel and service we had ever experienced. Everyone without exception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a delight, as was the tea time and dinner in the lounge. There is a good selection of excellent restaurants in the hotel, and there are more in the nearby Atlantis Palm. The rooms are large and very well appointed, but the highlight is definitely the staff, starting from the drivers, to room service, the cleaners and to the butlers. We will definitely go again.

Very luxurious accommodation. The room had an incredible view to the Palms. The breakfast bar was incredible, one of the best I've been to. The staff were friendly and helpful. To get the full experience, book a cabana at Cloud 22.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The beach was pristine with crystal-clear waters, and the facilities were exceptionally luxurious. The room was equipped with every amenity imaginable, and I was delighted by the small, beautiful details throughout. The staff went above and beyond, especially Daniel at the front desk, who surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gift along with a lovely note and a delightful assortment of fruit platters, sweets, and a bottle of Champagne. Their kindness and helpfulness were truly remarkable.

The best vacation we had , the resort is so big. It has lots of nice restaurants but you need to reserve a table 2 weeks in advance. Nice pools and beaches. Lots of things for all ages. A bucket list worthy

From the moment you step into the Royal you are met with impeccable service. You cannot fault them here. I just asked for coffee and Leon from counter made sure I had one no charge. It’s my first time to experience and so for very surprising. The room is cleverly designed and tasteful. We have club house access and my son loves it so far!
