Nice quiet area with good facilities for children and is pet friendly. There are some idiots who drive fast in the Townhouses community - don’t understand why and who have the temerity to beep at the residents who walk in the road. I don’t think they realize there are no foot/ pathways down most of the complex. Cleaning staff and security are always helpful and friendly. Facilities Management team are unresponsive but do get there in the end. Gym equipment needs servicing but all public areas are generally well maintained. Pleasant, modern living at a cost efficient price.

Despite the fact it’s a decent community and well served, however after moving here I realized the nightmare of the long wasted time taking a U-Turn back to Dubai, it would literally take anyone not less than 10 minutes to head back towards Dubai no matter which road you’ll be taking back! AND, there is no ATMs in the whole neighborhood 😅

two comments for U turn after 10km will happen if you exit on E611, better use E77/expo road, U turn is 1km only from cloverleaf interchange

As someone commented, I too noticed the way from pulse townhouses to Dubai west needs a very long UTurn. 10 kms extra drive. Does anyone know if there is any flyover on expo road planned where we can do a UTurn. I am planning to buy a property in South Bay and hence checking.
