Good place with a pleasant surrounding and minimal traffic. Can get all the required basic things in a few minutes of walk

We are so happy to have bought a place in Dubai South especially after the crazy storm that caused flooding and chaos across the city. Our Apartment has zero leaks or damage and the roads all around are clear including Expo road. Our electricity & internet service uninterrupted. We have stayed villas 4 times the price of here & they had leaking windows at even the smallest rain fall.

I live here since August, the building is amazing, security 24, parking available in front of the building and you have your own parking in basement. Supermarket in the same building, Lulu is opening very soon which is 3 minutes away. Mosque around with garden. Maintenance team is available 24hr as well

Very poor building materials used, new buildings seem to be falling apart inside and outside. I pity the investors. Real estate companies will make promises they will fix it but they cannot since the Building warranty has expired. Inside from fittings to paint job everything is made of low cost material. Bad choice to Rent.
