Terrible area, don't rent here. The management is extremely bad, and they will make your life extremely difficult. They don't answer phone calls and requests thru their terrible app takes many days. Worst security and management company makes this the worst place in dubai so far. Go live in EMAAR or Damac better. Biggest waste of 4M aed.

The layout of the community is well-planned, with wide, clean roads and lush greenery that create a peaceful atmosphere. Great community but permissions can be something that can take time and the furnishings inside the villas are not very good but doable if you are a tenant. Michael is a very friendly security guy at the gate. However, amenities like the gym, kids play area and pool still need to open and I hope they do it fast.

Great lagoon community with amazingly helpful staff. Spinneys has opened up as well now. The handover team was particularly fabulous and considerate including Mr Ghanim, Ms Madona, Mr Mohamel Ali and Mr Oday who went out of way to assist thoroughly on the entire handover process and provided smooth onboarding guidance. Can't thank them enough ❤️

Potential area unfortunately NO PROPER MOSQUE..... Management should consider building a proper mosque for Gents & ladies with proper ventilation need to upgrade the porta cabin prayer area in the pulse.
