Aura pool bar, not good at bookings via email but once your booked and get there completely amazing experience. Better could be done for a booking system. We would come back though. Thank you

It's more than just a viewing deck, it is an experience. The Palm Tower takes you through a journey, a journey of how one of the world's greatest marvels in the field of architecture was built. It tells a story of the indomitable spirit of man. Of overcoming nature and defying the indefiable to create something beautiful. Who would've imagined that an entire island offering the greatest earthly pleasures and luxury could be built in the middle of the ocean from nothing. The island speaks volumes of the creativity of mankind and the tower is a perfect place to learn all about it. From a museum to an interactive video, the tower has it all. The viewing deck is maintained beautifully and it is definitely a must see for all tourists in Dubai

Posting this review for public utility as I my self look a lot at Google reviews before moving in or buying an appartment in dubai Lived in a studio in the Palm Tower I would say it is a 9/10 Direct access to nakheel mall and waitrose, really usefull for everyday meals No noise, build quality seems really good, just hearing some sport cars sometimes Gym is mid but since there is not much people you can do your training still, there is also a gym in nakheel mall Views are amazing The building is very clean The staff is really friendly À lot of trafic in front of the building friday / saturday evenings You dont wait too long for the elevators compared to some buildings I was before Maybe 1 out of 10 delivery the delivery guy can’t find the service elevator and I needed to go down to pick up my delivery I would definitely recommend to live here

The service was exceptional, and while the food options were delightful, the gluten-free choices were a bit limited—primarily salads and some sushi. However, the experience more than justifies the cost; it's worth every penny!

IF YOU DONT HAVE FAST TRACK TICKET, DONT DO THIS. Firstly, standing in line here is a nightmare. In the beginning they have better crowd control but when in last room before you get on elevator, it is no longer controlled and people get a little aggressive in jockeying for a better spot in the queue. There are a few areas in the line that get rather hot plus the elevator can become overwhelming. In the US and Uk our government wouldn’t allow it because of public safety. Once you make it to the top, the views can be incredible depending on the SMOG. IS IT WORTH THE MONEY? You will have to decide.
