This was by far the worst experience I've ever had while trying to rent a house. The management demands extensive personal information but refuses to share their contact details or basic specifics about the property. Transparency is nonexistent-how can you expect applicants to trust you when you withhold even a phone number for communication? I've never encountered such poor "forest management" in my life. Avoid this place unless you enjoy unnecessary stress and disrespect.

Worst security service I have ever seen in Dubai. I visited this building today at 7 AM and had an absolutely humiliating experience. The security guard came out of the lobby, banged on my car window like a thug, and started screaming at me in public instead of behaving professionally. He didn’t ask, didn’t guide, didn’t even try to understand why I was there — he simply threatened me to move my car in the most disrespectful tone possible. This is a disgraceful way to treat any visitor in a building that claims to be reputed. Security staff are supposed to guide, assist, and maintain order — not to intimidate, harass, and insult people. His rude and arrogant behavior completely ruined my morning and showed me how poorly this building is managed. If the management allows such untrained, unprofessional, and badly behaved people to represent them, it clearly means they don’t care about their visitors or their reputation. Honestly, the management should be ashamed of employing such staff who bring nothing but disgrace to the company. Pathetic experience — never recommend this property to anyone. If you want to spoil your day, this is the place to visit

Nice and clean building. Generally quiet. Pool and gym are both ok. Staff in the building are all friendly. Only missing an outdoor lounge area.
