I recently had an unfortunate experience with the security staff and supervisor at Yas Acres - Aspens As part of the mobile car wash service, we were scheduled to provide a service to a customer at this location, but were unexpectedly denied entry. Despite explaining our purpose and showing evidence of our customer’s request, we were asked to provide a trading license and were told to come back the next day. This was highly inconvenient for both us and our customer, as we were operating on a specific timeline set by the client. I understand the importance of security, but I believe that a more flexible and understanding approach could have been taken to verify our legitimate business purpose. The inability to accommodate our scheduled service has left us disappointed, and we hope that this matter can be addressed so that future collaborations can proceed more smoothly.

I had a property there which I fortunately sold. The community was great, being in proximity to many attractions. However, I was not satisfied with the finishing of the houses which was very poor, below average I can say. It was not up, not even close to the level the project was marketed for, and the money that we put into the purchase.
