Be aware watching amazing visualizations. It will be a great place in 5-8 years. Currently be prepared to stay and the construction field, 24/7 noise from heavy machines, horrible dust and the view obstructed by cranes.

Beautiful residential spaces in three low-rise buildings on Creek Island in Dubai Creek Harbour. Views from various apartments and spots on the property take in Downtown Dubai including the Burj Khalifa, Emirates Towers, Museum of the Future, the Frame, Dubai Airport, and on a clear day, the Burj al Arab. Parking for residents is underground. An infinity pool looks across to Downtown and over the Creek (to be flooded within a year, making an Island development in Dubai Creek). The gym and fitness center include a yoga room and there is a community gathering space with a tv as well. There is a small Geant within walking distance as well as a beautiful promenade to enjoy.
