Luxurious apartments, larger than average size in Muweila area, Sharjah. Boulevard 3 is elite compared to Boulevard 1 & 2. It has closed kitchen, separate laundry room with washer/dryer, built in wardrobe, smart controls, keyless entry etc. It has its exclusive Infinity pool and kids play area. The lobby is secured with card access and 24x7 security is available. Carrefour Express is in the same building ground floor. It has basement parking for residents and ample parking spaces in the ground floor for visitors. It is ideally located next to Sabis International School. It has got quick entry/exit access from University City Road. Well connected to Roads 311 and airport road E88. Most sought after building by Air Arabia pilots and senior staff. High floors are best for stunning views. The only set back is limited availability, since the demand is so high, the rents are at a premium, but worth it as you are not just renting an apartment, but you get access to the entire facilities of the Aljada green community. It's an amazing building but it's still not open. They are going to be putting a Carrefour Market under the whole building so that's a very good thing
