Location is in freaking no where, only sand and desert takes you ages to reach dubai around 50km cruising in the desert, no shops nearby nothing, only construction sites

The community is great, we lived there for 4 years, peaceful and family oriented in the beginning, but as growing to fast, traffic in and out is becoming a problem, the loan administration is not the best and the quality of building is 👎

Navitas Apartments is the best choice for a small family. 1 bed small layout is a very good and affordable option for small family

Cleanliness has improved. Only a little noisy at times from doors banging and if you have neighbours above pulling furniture in the night, you can be woken up often. My exit was very frustrating. The charges are ridiculous. Make sure you take pictures for proof of how you left the apartment.

Nice and modern place. Very quiet and out of the way of the busy city. Apartments are modern and security is friendly. However, there is no gas in the building, which stops you from cooking on the stove so you have to buy an electric stove which isn't ideal, or safe.
