Rooms are spacious with all facilities. I was staying in a 1-bedroom apartment and the stay was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped (I didn’t used it). Excellent breakfast, I must Mention about Mr. Barath, he was taking care of each guest personally. Rooms are clean however the team should improve on this area. Overall excellent stay. I feel like a home away from home.

I spent one night in the hotel under the recommendation of my friend. Turns out to be one of my most memorable hotel stays ever. The staff were extremely hospitable, very thorough and considerate. Room was beautiful, spacious and lovely. Overall, I loved my stay. I am definitely coming back and also highly recommending it. Had such an amazing experience in this hotel. It has been our best holiday yet. Joseph our room attendant was amazing, so attentive. He provided not only the best cleaning service but also a smile and good conversation to start our day. Honestly really brought a positive vibe to our stay. The hotel in general, all staff are so friendly and go out their way to help you. Also definitely recommend booking activities from this hotel, Rida will get you the best deals with ease. We went for the safari pack with dune buggy as an extra. Great price and also picked up from the hotel and brought back would definitely. (Dune buggies are a must).

We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast is good, I advise. Reception staff are kind and friendly. Restaurant staff if good as well but need more staff there. Food is good, rooms are even better than some 5 star hotels. I advise …

I stayed with my family. The staff are barely responsive and don’t follow up on your requests and needs, not well trained on hospitality standards, the house keeping staff don’t look after their personal hygiene and barely trained to do their job for minimum hygienic cleaning service (except Mahmoud Raseel who took good care of cleaning and went the extra mile), wet area and sauna not well maintained and cleaned (lockers keys don’t work and the floor is always dirty). Rooms are not clean with stained couches and carpet. I won’t recommend this place as value for money is below average for a “Deluxe apartments” service and “4 stars” hotel.
