If you are looking for a comfortable stay and outstanding service in Downtown Dubai, then Address Fountain Views is the place! I always book this hotel when traveling with my family as the hotel is children friendly and very convenient. It has a superb location as it is directly connected to Dubai Mall. The services provided are outstanding whether it was in room dining, room cleaning…etc. They also serve complimentary Arabic Coffee at the lobby. Ahmed was very generous and patient with the children, providing coffee and dates with a big wide smile. Ravi from house keeping was very friendly and made sure our room was always timely made up and clean. He even gave the kids 3 teddy bears which made their stay extra special. Great value for money spent and will definitely visit again!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that the staff provided. One of the standout features of my stay was the outstanding housekeeping service, thanks to Ruplal and Jenifer. The room was always impeccably clean and tidy, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order. The attention to detail was truly remarkable, and I was consistently impressed by the level of care that the housekeeping team put into their work. But it wasn't just the housekeeping that made this hotel exceptional. From the front desk staff to the restaurant and bar service, every aspect of the hotel was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is at nice location. Rooms are big and has very good view. There are enough restaurant to satisfy everyone's taste. hotel staff are very welcoming specially Aravinda meet him in the evening.
