One our special occasion address dubai mall. Very comfortable stay very hot weather but staff extra care always. Specially Jack. One stand front door. Big smile. Warm welcomed

We have stayed in the hotel more than 10 times, however this time was different I can sense that the reception team attitude has been changed. They become a little bit rude and treat you like you are an idiot. Yet the remaining staff were very helpful (house keeping, concierge and valet teams).

best service ever we loved everything in the address its close to mall making shopping easy and best part is the kidsclub where our kids always enjoyed to play time to time. big thanks to Shakira and Sachini who made it lovely and enjoyable.
