Great value for money and the real meaning of affordable luxury, the ticket price is great and yer sizes are Specious which makes it one of the lowest price per square feet in Dubai.. offering over 15 millions square feet of land size with only 35% built and the rest is open playgrounds and golf course .. large villas and specious apartments Project is managed by DIRE

Maybe once upon a time Living Legends was lush green and beautiful, but now is brown and dying. The developer has switched off the irrigation system and all plant and trees in the community are dying. Artificial lakes are mosquitoes breeding ground and cockroaches are nesting in the piles of fallen dead leafs. The residents nicknamed it “ Dying Legends”

We had an amazing time. Visited the African village abd the explorer village. We also had the safari trip with who was so welcoming and generous in representing and explaining many information about the animals. The restaurants and coffee shops inside are so clean and fresh. Totally going to visit again. Better to purchase tickets online. Its is very nice place and good When i go there i feeel good

As one of the reviewers mentioned the Living Legend should be called a Dying Legend. Everything is dying, literally all plants and trees that they planted are dead and crusty brown. Our property villa was supposed to be facing a beautiful green Golf Court, however by photos u can see its a dead ungroomed land. Zero facilities and services, in return you are paying hefty annual fees to keep area facility going.
