My scooter was placed in a designated parking spot of the building and chained and it’s still got stolen from there. After several months someone threw cigarette butt from the window and burnt my car seat. In both cases cameras were not covering the areas where it happened, security was giving me misleading information that they’ve checked the cameras and later it appeared they didn’t and management didn’t do anything about that and on top of that both of them security and management were very rude and not helpful at all and just advised me to go to police. After new management came, I again raised my concerns but nobody even got back to me. Also security shared that it’s not the first time scooters got stolen and they are supposed to monitor the area psychically every two hours. I wish management company would take care of the building residents, install cameras after the first case of stealing, would be cooperative and helpful and security would patrol the idea every two hours as they are supposed to.

Best managed building in Marina with the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Location is perfect as well as less crowded than the north side of Marina and you can walk to JBR in 15 minutes. Recommend this building to anyone who wants to stay in Marina

The security who is handling delivery riders and contractors was very pathetic. I went there for registration but he took all others who stood behind me in the line for registration. So I asked him why you are not registering me he said he is alone and he is doing things in his own time. He was there at 1 o clock on 23rd July 2025. He said me throughly that He would register me in his own time

Studio One is what I’ve been looking for, modern, clean, and well maintained. The management is friendly and always available to help 24/7. I really like the gym, yoga room, pool, and sauna. It’s just a 10min walk from JBR, and the Marina canal is right across the street. Overall, as a resident, it’s been a great experience living here, and I’m grateful for all the amenities and care!
