Do NOT rent unit 2610, especially with the host Anna. They didn't pay the internet bill and made a lot of inconvenience for two full days and after multiple messages and denial, they paid it. They didn't even give us a refund. Not enough amenities and the rate is way higher than the other units. Total disappointment.

Everyone was saying that this building is giving good ROI. But in real I don’t know. All apartments which I’ve checked seems old. Location far from sea. Too much sounds. But amazing gym and good pool.

The tower is definitely still newer and the it looks nicer inside and everything is more modern. Location is also pretty nice, very close to the Marina. Only downside is the traffic in the morning which is just terrible and unpredictable. Otherwise I can’t say anything bad. People at the reception are also very friendly and the other people living there were nice ☺️

It's a beautiful building but the Management is horrible. they don't know how to communicate with the people they are rude and don't event listen to you. We pay a lot of money the only thing we ask for is people to know the basic English and not rude people

Disgusting smell every evening around 6pm in these apartments. 🤢 And the windows don’t block any traffic noise. I could not sleep at all. Never again!
