Buy at your own risk!! Units closing delayed for 4 months due to their back office!! Bought quite a few off plan units at Hartland back in March 2023 and NOCs took 6 weeks as they did not register the said units with DLD. There was discrepancies between what they registered and the actual square footage of the units. We paid for everything and all paperwork done but they still cannot transact after 4 months!! We signed the SPAs on multiple occasions and for 5 units over 3 times and got rejected for NO REASONS! The staff themselves did not know why they were rejected!! After 4 months this still haven’t been resolved due to their dysfunctional back office. I get a feeling if this goes on whoever bought units from them cannot easily resell! Buy at your own risk!

Sales process: Amazing Delivery time: Amazing After sales support: Zero Over all we are amazed with the quality of construction, the timely delivery and the sales team obviously are all flawless. A company with this amazing capability fails in one very critical part and that is the after sales support. No response to calls, E-mails are responded very late, the person responding to the email either don't understand english correctly or are just to lazy to address the matter. In general its very disappointing
