I rented an apartment in early December 2022, I visited it in person in April 2023. I liked the area, green, actively under construction, I saw a dug channel for the lagoon that shares Hartland with Azizi Riviera. I can imagine what will happen in 3 years / 5 years. Regarding Creek Vista Heights, I managed to remove the current state of affairs behind the fence from a jump, the movement is just beginning (photo taken on April 2, 2023). Of the minuses, the only thing is that the developer (I heard that others have it even worse) does not have an automatic payment system and tracking payments with a personal account, requesting a link to online payment is certainly good, but creating a website with a personal account of buyers would seem to have solved many inconveniences, especially if a person has several apartments, then following / requesting payment links in the chat is not the most modern and optimal solution. It is also not clear when Meydan One Mall will be built, the last time construction was resumed in the fall of 2022, I hope the developers will get out of the covid economic debt and bring the project to completion.

We made an advance payment and the first amount for a one-bedroom apartment at the pre-sale stage for the Creek vistas Heights project, only booking forms and Soa are on hand. Six months have passed, the project has not been registered with the Land Department, and accordingly the Escrow account has not been opened, the following payments are required, although according to the UAE law, we must pay only to the Escrow account. The letters that we send to all kinds of mail companies do not respond, a dubious attitude towards customers! The contract has not been prepared, the manager who executed the deal says that it will be soon. With this attitude, I do not advise the developer and be careful when buying real estate! There is no feedback, they only write that you pay! They don't answer our emails!
