Best upcoming tower in Arjan. With some unique amenities. Loved the elevation. Bang on SMBZR. Good connectivity with highway and the developer has good reputation in the market. Beautiful apartment with good amount of furniture and the payment plan is unbelievable. Good property for investment. Will definitely give you the best returns.

This project was launched in October 31st. This is about 9 months from launch and still progress report of this project is quite slow. Never seen this much delay in any off plan project as per my experience. I had words with them but they have no proper answer for such a low start. Current Situation looks alarming so posting here. With new updates , work is in-progress and regular progress reports are also shared with owners. Overall, this project is going to be in high demand once it’s delivered

It's going to be a very good tower in Arjan. I trust Danube to deliver another great tower. I went to the construction site and saw that groundbreaking already started. very promising.
