I’ve been living in this community for almost four years, and I want to share the reality of what’s been happening here. When the project was new, things were well-managed. But after about two years, there was a major change in the maintenance team—and since then, getting anything fixed has become incredibly difficult and slow. This isn’t an exaggeration. For example, there was a leak behind my washing machine. The issue was reported during the warranty period, but they clearly stalled until the warranty expired—and to this day, three years later, it still hasn’t been resolved. There are also persistent leaks in the parking area that have been ignored for years. It took more than a year just to upgrade the security entrance system. The pool was out of service for several months. Overall, the maintenance management is completely ineffective. The community and the residents are great, but unless the homeowners’ association takes action soon, this place will lose its appeal. People won’t want to live here if things continue like this. To make matters worse, I once created a ticket for an issue, and it was marked as “resolved” without anyone even contacting me. That’s the level of accountability we’re dealing with.

Signature Livings is a beautiful low rise Building with integrated Solar panel on its roof top, human size, very pleasant to live there. Amazing quality of the amenities: Pool, squab, Jacuzzi, Green spaces, clean Indoor air quality, All apartment are with equipped Kitchen, with Italian appliances, bathroom offers integrated music and radio and the studio comes with built in large stylish wardrobe. The place to be !

Unfortunately this building is nice only from outside but when you decide to live here you will start facing the problems Everything you want to do by landlord because he has the portal access You can't add your wife or kids to access without approval and it's taking a long time Also in the parking same issue plus the parking is very tight and bad The most important thing that they don't have maintenance you have to arrange it by yourself and you have to pay for them. If you called them to do anything the will sorry we can't The baddest management and experience ever

I have been living in the building for 3 years. The quality of facility is deteriorating. I have issue with AC for the year and even now the maintenance team cannot give me a solution of how to remove the bad smell from my apartment. Moreover, the swimming pool is out of service for 3 weeks and after several complaints from the resident, no one can inform us when the swimming pool can be reopened. Very disappointed with the building management and developer
