HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! Fake reviews about this place being highly rated by “local guides” and random Indian people I’ve never seen in my three years here! All the reviews on here that are from residents have put one Star! The rest of the reviews are paid to mask the real reviews. At best there are 46 unhappy tenants and owners pushing to change the building manager Katherene. Rude, uneducated, negative vibes, unhappy atmosphere overall. So much so you would most likely have a lot in common with your neighbors to get on purely based on how much anxiety you’re put through by living there. Best example of what poor management can do. Everyone has had fines, court cases, travel bans, police called on them, harassed by security and building management. Avoid like the plague!

I spend 2 years in SERENIA Residence and I have two side opinions how to describe it. As management it’s worse I have ever seen. Community rules are just unacceptable, if you do one thing not as per book they will send you fine. When I move out and come back next day to collect items that were left they didn’t let me inside by the time my contract was valuable for another month. If you park your car in guest parking for over then few hours instead of giving you a call they will send you fine. They live to give fines for everything. If you think you will get treated with respect, forget about it. I could tell so much more negative story’s but I will just stop it here. It’s a shame that such beautiful building with beautiful landscape, pool, gym have such terrible management. P.S all good reviews are written by agents and all bad reviews get deleted.

I think if you choose Palm Jumeirah as your permanent residential destination them let us give you the best advice about top buildings there. Serenia Palm Jumeirah is in the class of itself. Buy with confidence.

One of the finest residencies in Dubai! Right opposite Burj Al Arab, it offers a superb panoramic view of the famous skyline of Dubai; water, many kinds of sea vessels, different species of birds, dawn to dusk changing water activities at the waterfront, and much more. It has a private clean beach, three swimming pools, ample greenery, mini golf course, children slides, BBQ corner, gym, tree-lined walkabout with water meandering alongside, and tennis court. The living experience is that of a resort - yearlong! A place that turns dreams into reality....

Very rude security officers took picture of the fountain and was told it was not allowed,it's very common to take a picture which is in a public area, and if it was not allowed it should be in polite way to say it's not allowed. But taking a picture of the fountain in a common area not allowed?
