Beautiful landscape and lovely neighborhood the location is great Have all the facilities (outdoor swimming pool, gym , small play ground for small kids , football and tennis courts) but need maintenance to keep those facilities working Old AC units but can easily be replaced with split Some villas are renewed

A nice compound for a families, it has around 300 villas, 2 swimming pool, basketball and tennis cort and Club house and facing Musafah sea

The facilities here are great, and the landscape is amazing. I love the flowers and trees, and the neighbors are kind, making for a wonderful community. However, there are some issues with noise. There's no sound insulation in the villas, and there's been constant drilling for months. Just when we think it's finished, another villa or area starts work, or there's the noise of cutting trees and cleaning from compound workers with very loud tools. The continuous noise starts at 8 in the morning, which can be really tough if you're staying home, leading to headaches and migraines. Additionally, the air conditioning units are old. Before renting here, make sure they have new ACs to avoid spending your time on repairs. There's also an issue with the AC in the squash court.
