It was wonder...... I couldn't even think of that. The way they design it. A place that force you to buy an apartment or villa. Fresh and sweet water RIVER is running along side your apartment, jungle style living with lush green trees and plants. Electric boats that will take you to the shopping Mall and at your friends place in MBR city. Cycling track, jogging track and much more...... You don't need to make any picnic plan out, it's always at your side or infront..... You have kayak Parking infront of your apartment and take a tour of MBR CITY with your friend and family. I just say if Inshallah I will get money I will buy one apartment of 2 bedroom. Which starts from 2.7 million to 3.7 million which worth. Fully equipped kitchen with German brands.... I LOVE IT.

Unfortunately very bad sales center. I was there for more than 30 minutes waiting for a sales person but never seen. Even the lady in the reception was embarrassed and asked me to see the sample apartments but even after I finished no one showed up. I was so surprised such an amazing center run this way.

The guards were very rude to the people who enter in their gate. Despite the heat, they wanted people to wait outside or will wait until they need pass. Feel sorry for the people who are waiting in line for the pass. Be human to be atleast give a shade.

The lagoon is quite literally the world's largest outdoor swimming pool....7km of crystal clear water with beautiful villas that make you dream of winning the lottery and retiring permanently there. And this is before district 1 is complete!!
