The project was supposed to be handover a year ago in June 2022 but it is on hold. It is only 6% completed before June 2022. Only 6% on the month it was supposed to be completed 100%. Nobody gives an update, if one request a refund, they threaten with all kinds of penalties. Is there a law in Dubai that protects foreign investors? This sounds a total scam.

Very hard to get updates from the management. They don’t provide investors any updates. Last request sent me old pictures that I assume they thought I wouldn’t notice. Was excited about the project. They truly need to up their game when it comes to customer service.
