This building come back to the life with the new owner association. The building is older then around buildings. but very good in layout. Big size living rooms and master bedroom. Huge Balconies. Covered Parking, Equipped gym and swimming pool. polite Security. Maintenance is 10 *

The fifth floor studios are the best I fell with a spacious balcony for a studio flat. The parking, the staff.. All good. Fire alarm issue I did see in the comment earlier of giving an alert most of the times n ya it did remain the same. Ignoring that the whole stay is peaceful.

Lived for there for 7 years. The bldg used to be good. Quality finishing and spacious. However the building management is seriously poor and very bad. The gym and pool for example are in bad condition for more than 4 years, despite our daily complaints. Free additional parking have been converted into paid ones by management and no where was that money spent on bldg maintenance. Flats are owned by separate landlords, most of whom are not paying maintenance. So if you are an unlucky tenant living in such an apartment and have a major maintenance problem, your left alone. Furthermore more, undeveloped area, with new constructions all around, going in and out the area is very hectic with only one entrance. Construction noise, bad broken streets, rent used to be in the early 30's for a 1bedroom in 2010 when the bldg was new and spiked to the mid 50's in the past 7 years with nothing to offer but poor management services.
