The fire alarm system in the building goes off constantly and often for no reason — even during the night. It’s very disruptive, and my daughter has become scared of being at home because of the loud, frequent alarms. We’ve reported it multiple times, but nothing has been done. What’s even more concerning is that if a real fire ever happens, we won’t be able to tell the difference anymore. This is a serious safety issue, and we hope the management takes immediate action to fix it.

Worst community management .. they just keep pacifying you without solving any problems .. the gym was closed for almost 3 months and now it is happening again .. the reason is the sound of equipment is heard in neighbouring apartments which tells you how sound proofing and isolation is like in this building. I hear people in the hall way and the apartment across me all the time. The only building in Maryam island without kids playing area or kids swimming pool. Get this .. the terrace has no lights !!! .. so you just sit in the dark outside at night. Bottom line .. don't come to this building if you want to live in Maryam island. Any other building is better.

The location is excellent; however, the management has been unresponsive and slow to take action. The gym has been unavailable for over two months due to claimed maintenance, yet no visible work has been carried out during this time. Despite multiple follow-ups, no concrete steps have been taken to resolve the issue.

I've been renting here for around 6 months, but the gym has been under maintenance for about 2 months, so I haven’t been able to use it during this period. I called the Eagle Hills call center, and they informed me that it would be finished in about a month, but it’s still under maintenance. When I checked the gym, no one was working there, just keep informing us unable to use it. Please take action ASAP!
