After searching hard in Downtown/Business Bay area, this is the best building I have found in terms of construction quality and service. The building features very good views over the Godolphin horseracing stable, which is very green and often offer you a view over its horses training, but also Downton, Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab depending on your property location and floor. Ceilings are very high, facade is all glass, and the pool and gym are well kept and quiet. The overall design is restrained and soothing, almost like a spa. There's quite a number of staff working here 24/7 which is helpful whenever you have something urgent. There's even a dedicated lift for deliveries so it's separated from residents. I have lived here now more than 6 months and it's proved to be a very good experience!

I’ve been visiting Residence 110 since my friends moved in here and it’s always a nice experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and I never have trouble finding parking. Plus, the hallways always smell wonderful!

We have lived in r110 for 3 years. We love it here. Aside from the building quality, which is clearly high end, It’s so peaceful and very well managed. The building is managed by Kaizen and they do a fantastic job. They are very helpful when there are any concerns to address.

One of the best managed properties I have stayed in. The staff are all professional, courteous and extremely helpful. The quality of the finishes is above par for many apartments I have viewed. Two and a half years and not one complaint.
