One of the best managed properties I have stayed in. The staff are all professional, courteous and extremely helpful. The quality of the finishes is above par for many apartments I have viewed. Two and a half years and not one complaint.

I called Mr Anaz to ask to rent an apartment in this building , he was really rude to me , first of all he busied my call when I was calling to ask of the building , which was first rude but I just let it go , secondly when I tried calling him again asking him of the 2 bedroom apartment, since he said the 1 bedroom is fully booked, I asked if the price was negotiable, he replied saying he doesn’t have time to negotiate price, he doesn’t want me to waste his time and him to waste my time, that was really unprofessional, with the standard of this place I never expected a staff like this is working there, please try and address this issue And also teach him how to talk to customers, If the staff are not friendly, I don’t think I would like to stay in a vacintiy like this , .
