Very bad service. I asked for CEO or manager but they said they don't meet anyone. I paid money for apartments and why manager can't meet me. They don't care customers. No one respond the phone. Very bad staff in abudabui office. Collection team so rude. Iam very disappointed. I got confirmation that 2 months were moved and still collection team sending me mails and they don't care. Whomever to talk. They changed my contract without my information.

I have paid a token amount of AED 10,000 for Bianca 2 bedroom apartment. While I was signing the deal no contract was presented to me. I was not even given 10 hours and it was only handed over to me after giving 10k AED. This is totally unfair. On top of that the AXP property consultants who called me and took to reportage office were aggressive too. Ultimately I decided not to continue with the deal and these people have make done with the 10k deposit. So sad. I wished their team and the property consultant have not been so aggressive. Please don't go ahead with any type of deal or payment unless you have not seen the contract, terms and conditions and ascrow account payment details.

Sadly u can’t rate 0 . 1- Just promises , and zero delivery. 2- don’t trust anything they say , unless it’s sighed and verified . 3- read very carefully any contracts u sign , take your time and highly recommend to show the contract to a real state lawyer before you sighs it I was in rush to move in a ready apartment, so I Paid cash for it and I was promised that I will get it in 2 weeks . Now it’s 3 month , and still I didn’t even do the inspection or at least a date . Customer service not answering the calls .
