I live in the SLS hotel right across and they are drilling and smashing metal 1 AM in the night. Construction is way above the sound limit which is allowed during nighttime. After multiple complaints from me and other residents you are still disturbing my sleep and peace and nothing has changed so it’s probably time to inform the authorities so they will give you big fines. I went out on the balcony and made a video, you can see on the picture they are using a very big drill at 1 AM right accross residential apartments this is unacceptable! Why not work on the other side of the building during nighttime and during daytime on the side where there is residents. How dumb can they be.

The location of Regalia and the quality as well as amenities and location.I can easily forecast 1 bedroom being valued to 2 million AED for a 1 bed.Prime location
