I purchased an apartment last year, and unfortunately, it did not meet the promised standards. There were numerous finishing issues that I was assured would be addressed, but despite repeated follow-ups, they were never fully resolved. I genuinely regret choosing to deal with Saas. They tend to make big promises but often fall short on delivery. If you want to wake up regretting your purchase every day, buy from them. That said, I want to acknowledge the reception and valet staff as they’ve been exceptional. Their professionalism and service are among the best I’ve experienced.

We moved in Reem nine in February. Snagging went very well but we had to get a few things fixed (some doors did not close well, aircon installation needed a repair) but Saas fixed everything. Every single time we needed something we had the staff come immediately to check and fixed it. We absolutely love the facilities, the design and the staff (very professional). The apartments have really nice design, great quality and good use of space. Location is also great, walking distance to everything you need (supermarket, shops, parks, restaurants, pharmacies, schools, services etc).
