Building is average, facilities gym and pool are good , handover was very late, , and the condition at handover was not optimal for Newly built , the customer service is patchy , many complaints only few get resolved in time , routine lift /fire Alam malfunction and takes long time to sort issues out. Issue is mainly now is the service /maintenance provider seems not up to the mark !

Today I went to delivery at Radiant Properties Unfortunately I faced several challenges during the delivery No Parking Facility: There is no proper parking available for delivery drivers. This makes it very difficult to complete deliveries smoothly and on time Unprofessional Security Behavior: I requested assistance from the security guard, but his behavior was very rude and uncooperative. The security personnel was Egyptian and did not treat me respectfully, even though I was polite and professional Poor Delivery Facilities: There is only one lift available for delivery used which causes long delays Overall, the experience was very stressful. I hope the management can look into these issues and improve the facilities and behavior standards to support delivery workers

scheduled a tour at this building, out of respect i asked the security guy if i can come in, there was a guy who claimed he is in charge here with a very rude attitude asked me if I came to right place, so i took a picture of the lobby and sent it to the agent to confirm, and got the OK, YET this security guy asked me to show him my phone.. and took my phone over and go to whatsapp, and DELETED the picture i took with his unsanitary hand....... I asked him why, he said he is in charge here, and he said i cant take picture... MAN OH MAN.. I had to do a deep cleaning for the phone.. and the agent said.. they asked for 20 AED for any photo or video because it is under delivery and not so many people can get in.. so you have to pay for advertisement.. The same thing happened with the doorman in the parking lot.. he repeatedly told me "you can park here because i approved it.. and you are welcome to show gratitude".. gratitude my butt.. pls hire professional people who will not copy bad tradition over to this country and who would not act like they live here, randiant..

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the delay in handing over my flat. Despite having paid the full amount over two months ago, I have yet to receive the property. Moreover, I have made multiple attempts to contact your handover team by both phone and email, but unfortunately, my calls have not been answered, and my emails have gone unanswered. This lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering the financial commitment already made.
