I bought my first house, and was so excited... but the building management is so bad! I have sent 5 emails with no reply, Wait around when maintenance is said to be coming, only for them not to come. I'd rather save more money and go to a more expensive developer Edit: no one answers the phone or email the review response stated. I have structural issues with my house, plus numerous problems around th eunit which I was told before 1 year post hand over was my problem. It's now year and I'm told everything is my responsibility.. good material, but horrid workmanship!!! Run! Some of my problems: Faucet not attached to my counter Ac leaking into my unit Grout not done Hole in counter top 5 floor tiles hollow underneath with no support

One of the reasons why I was drawn to Q Gardens was because of its captivating look which is ascetically pleasing and its unique facilities. It truly feels like a resort nestled in the middle of Arjan. The incredibly disappointing letdown is the appalling service (or lack thereof). Echoing what some other tenants have previously highlighted, the non-existent support or proactiveness to address problems and turn them around in a timely manner single-handedly ruins the experience of living here. From fixing a crack in the wall which caused rainwater to seep into my apartment (reported in January; resolved in April) to obtaining my access fob for my Block (which is still ongoing). I’ve had the previous security guard, Mike gave away my car space to another tenant who has two cars behind my back. These handful of examples are only scratching the surface of what I’ve had to endure in the past 5 months. I often dread raising an issue as it feels like a never-ending uphill battle and it never seems to be straightforward. The lack of professionalism and respectfulness from the Facilitates Manager, Ragu has been appalling. I’m shocked to see that this individual has managed to secure this role and be deemed the best person to be in charge. The overall lack of care for its tenants has cheapened the experience of living here, in a place that is not cheap to live in!

It's a beautiful building with an amazing facilities and good quality materials in the flats. Inside of the building area is peaceful and fish in the pond is just a cherry on top of the cake. :) Big thanks to a very courteous security guard and cleaners working every day around the area. ✨🙌🏡

While the building itself is nice, I had a negative experience with the management, and as a result, I cannot recommend it. I found the management team to be unprofessional, particularly the individual named Nail. He consistently lied and disregarded my requests, and there were several incomplete tasks in my apartment upon moving in. The cleaning of my apartment was only done after I brought it to their attention, and they have shown a lack of respect towards tenants. On a positive note, the security team was supportive and provided a sense of safety. However, there are insufficient parking spaces, leading to constant conflicts among tenants. Additionally, the swimming pool area's toilet is frequently closed, inconveniencing residents. Furthermore, I have yet to receive a fire extinguisher, despite multiple requests and the fact that it's a crucial safety measure. One of the most concerning issues was the management's alteration of my agreement without my consent. They provided false information about parking, claiming that I had agreed to changes that I had not authorized. This unethical behavior is indicative of their poor reputation. Furthermore, the management started charging AC fees, despite the contract stating that the chiller would be free. They also fail to provide EJARI documentation to tenants and attempt to force them to vacate after one year, likely to capitalize on increasing apartment prices. Maintenance is a significant concern in this building. Any issues present upon moving in are left unresolved, suggesting a lack of commitment to ensuring a satisfactory living environment. Considering these factors, I strongly advise potential residents to think twice before choosing this building or purchasing apartments here. One of the most beautiful and modern looking apartments I have come across in Dubai! Very pleased with the services they provide! All thanks to the super agent Neil from AYS developers for his support and making everything run smoothly from A-Z! Highly recommend everyone who's interested to get in touch with him.
