The project overall has turned out to be of satisfying quality in terms of design and structure. Rating the project in terms of service during and post-handover phases, It’s noteworthy to point out the helpful role that Mr. Neil Jones performs in facilitating matters and resolving issues doing his best effort to manage and please. Having him there certainly is an added value.

The building is beautiful but unfortunately that is all. The apartments have extremely thin walls with no sound proofing and chiller charges are through the roof with incorrect chiller readings. Dealing with the developer to get anything sorted was a disaster, would not recommend them.
