I’ve been there for a month with friends for holidays. I really enjoyed my time in this residence. Nice small gym and nice pool. We played PlayStation and ping pong everyday 😍🥰. We really enjoyed our time. It’s not in the center al furjan, but it is very affordable with prices and everything. There is a supermarket near. We used a lot Uber and metro. In downtown and marina the prices are literally the double or maybe triple. Next year for sure we will be back in Prime residency 3. See you soon 🔜🫶🏼

I’m very disappointed with the overall quality of this apartment. The construction quality is very poor, we’ve had leaking pipes in the bathroom that still haven’t been fixed despite multiple follow-ups with maintenance. On top of that, there are various types of small insects throughout the apartment, which makes it very uncomfortable to live in. The only positive aspect is the interior design, which is nice, but unfortunately, it doesn’t make up for the ongoing issues.

I've been living here for over half a year now. The constant false fire alarm, which occurs almost daily, is incredibly loud. Sometimes there are several false alarms in one day. These are sometimes triggered simply by ordinary cooking. The stairwell, which you have to use in an emergency, isn't equipped with emergency lighting, or at least it doesn't work. It hasn't been fixed yet. The normal lights go out after a short time; you can barely make it down two floors and you're standing in the dark in the middle of the stairs. This is very dangerous in a real emergency. Hopefully, this never happens, because the false alarms mean hardly anyone responds. The construction quality of the apartment itself is very poor; inferior materials were used. The drain strainers in the sink and bathroom are, or were, coated in black, because the paint peeled off after just a few days of use. The drains stink because no proper odor trap was built, and there's nothing you can do about it. When there's a sandstorm, the sand also gets into the apartment because the windows aren't sealed. You can hear the elevated road and the construction noise. The exhaust pipes in the bathroom weren't connected. The sewer connections were poorly sealed and therefore leaking. The garden has been a construction site for many weeks, as the palm plant pots were apparently leaking. Sand from the pots flies all the way up to the top balconies, even though you're constantly sweeping and cleaning the dryer. The swimming pool area and the pool aren't cleaned adequately. The tap water contains a high chlorine content, which leads to excessive hair loss. The cards introduced for door access have failed to serve their purpose, as the building is still accessible to strangers. I certainly won't stay here and will be moving out after a year.

Lived in this building since January and very happy so far. Location is great and good building facilities. Apartments are modern too and the fully furnished ones are nicely done. Was a few issues at the start with getting things done but since Mahboob has taken over as community manager it has gotten better.

Very bad! Alarm keeps going off ! The fire alarm keeps triggered early in the mornings or late at nights; sometimes at 3am or 6am. There is a very loud noise inside the apartment, like a panic sound, and it will wake you up, even if you wear earplugs. Every couple of days we have the same issue, false fire alarm will go off 4-5 times per week. On top of that , the garden got renovated , with constant works and dust, the renovation lasted around 3 months. The building looks nice, but living here is a nightmare! The management team is completely incompetent, they keep saying that they will fix the alarm but they do nothing. Disappointing!
