The worst possible choice for people with kids or dogs, fire alarm is getting falsely triggered at least once a week, VERY loud and VERY disturbing, could be triggered during the day or at 3 am. In the case of the real fire - nobody is gonna react. Management doing nothing, on my request to change the sounder location I heard “sure” and then nothing. I think it has to be reported to Dubai fire department authorities, cause it’s a big risk and violation of the law. And not to mention that the house ceiling is practically falling apart…

I can’t receive key during more than six months. First time I was invited to snagging in May. After that, it was three desnagging. All was unsuccessful. Quality is awful. They promised that everything would be fixed within seven days. More than six months have passed. Something has been fixed. But not all of them. The apartment is still not ready

The place is good, but the company used the cheapest subcontractors. Inside the apartment, ugly not professional job. Might be the problem for featuring to fix all that. Cheap quality building

Overall satisfied with Prime Gardens building and the apartment. Very minor issues since we moved in in September 2024. Staff is really helpful and nice. The only problem that is still persistent is the fact that on the parking entry, the ramp has no intercom for people who do not have access card, so what happens day and night is constant car honking to open the ramp. The even bigger issue is that the security staff is on the opposite side of the building so they don't hear the honking and then people honk like maniacs and it's very disturbing. I complained so many times and I was told they will install the intercom so people do not have to honk, but so far, 6 months later, nothing changed. The sound isolation is not the best so when people honk, I feel like it's in my living room with his car and when it happens at night I wonder how come people have no common sense to realize it's inconsiderate to honk like a maniac at 2am. So here is my last attempt to raise awareness on this issue to be resolved.

I’m writing a second review about Prime gardens building especially about Prescott management. The last time after I wrote the review , the first time they finally started at least looking for a way to contact us. And finally they understood our situation and changed our parking space to a more convenient one. They did everything to help. My wife and I were even surprised. Then they called many times and asked to delete the review and I always forgot to do it. And now they are contacting us to take back the parking space that they changed just 2 weeks ago. I assume because I did not delete the review at their request. That’s why , I confirm my previous review that Prescott management will not help to tenant at all. They are acting help just to make you calm for a while. Verified by personal experience!!!!
