New resident to Pearlz property. I had a few issues during the 1st month of moving in with faulty shower and water heating issues as well as noisy gym equipment next door to my apartment. Once reported to maintenance there were quite quick to respond and helpful and friendly. The corridors can be quite loud and some residents have a total lack of respect for others especially when letting their kids run up and down screaming which is very annoying despite management putting out a memo to the residents. Unfortunately the elevators don't have card access to increase security which would have been a huge benefit.

Danube has its ups and downs, which I mostly blame management for. But if there is one thing that I hope to see when I come back home or have a problem; is the hardworking staff and security personnel. They are always available to help, have never let me down and if it wasn't for them, I would have probably left this building a long time ago. 10/10 staff. ALSO!!!! I am very ANGRY at the fact that Bismita was removed from the team! This is sexism! She was an excellent security staff and my favorite! She should be returned to work effective immediately and no staff should be chosen or removed based on gender!

Current resident : 0% soundproof on a main door. Terrible, can very loudly hear what is up in the corridor even when sleeping in my bedroom. Also the elevator has a very disturbing light and the AC doesn’t work on elevators.

Very disappointed in DANUBE, and I had an WORSE experience UNFORTUNATELY with Danube!!!! They’ve made it so difficult to MOVE IN that, they simply fray your nerves and cause STRESS !!! Believe me, this will greatly affect your health and you will start your life in this apartment with NEGATIVITY . They make you pay for everything SEPARATELY and put big amount of DEPOSITS, but the quality of the apartment is TERRIBLE . The air conditioner does not COOL well, in each room the air conditioner is connected to other wires. THE light in the kitchen is ON 24/7 and you don’t know from where to turn it OFF. For this you have download SMART HOME application then you have to wait someone to come and activate it!!! YOU have to constantly ask for help from the security guards who look tired of this life and they can say only to fill the complain forms and keep yo send emails!!! Before signing the contract with the tenant, the agent must give a guarantee and show that everything works well, then sign a contract. But here you have paid for everything and the most terrible surprises await you in the apartment. Everyone has already received their money, they disappear, leaving you with problems to which you have nothing to do.
